Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) combined locking compression plate (LCP) internal fixation in treatment of fracture. Method:A total of 160 cases of limb fractures in the orthopedic hospital inpatient treated from May 2009 to May 2014 by were selected as study objects,control the manner of the study will be divided into a control group (80 cases) and treatment group (80 cases).The control group underwent conventional LCP internal fixation,the treatment group were treated with LCP combined with MIPPO technology,clinical outcomes were compared of two groups.Result:Hospitalization time treatment group,callus formation time,fracture healing time were less than the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO technology combined with LCP internal fixation of fractures of limbs is significantly higher clinical value.关键词
