龙胆泻肝汤联合金黄散治疗急性附睾炎的疗效观察
The Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combine with Jinhuang Powder on Patients with Acute Epididymitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combine with Jinhuang Powder on patients with acute epididymitis.Method:A total of 62 patients with acute epididymitis using Longdan Xiegan Decoction combine with Jinhuang Powder for 4 weeks.Visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score and Chinese medicine symptom complex score were evaluated before and after treatment. Meanwhile, the size of epididymis and the change of colour doppler flow imaging(CDFI) before and after treatment were observed and compared. Result:The scores of VAS pain[(2.20±1.03)scores vs (6.40±1.51)scores] and Chinese medicine symptom complex [(3.40±2.01)scores vs (8.30±1.49)scores] were lower after treatment than before treatment(t=7.324, 5.683,P=0.000).The size of epididymis were lower after treatment than before treatment [caput:(1.48±0.37)cm vs (0.87±0.33)cm,t=3.227,P=0.010;body:(0.76±0.21)cm vs (0.47±0.10)cm,t=3.764,P=0.004;tail:(1.70±0.29)cm vs (0.88±0.24)cm,t=4.973,P=0.001].The levels of CDFI were change better than before treatment,and compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in the ratio of class Ⅰ, class Ⅱ and class Ⅲ between before and after treatment( χ²=14.583,9.197,37.681,P=0.000,0.004,0.000). Conclusion:The effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combine with Jinhuang Powder on patients with acute epididymitis is good,and it can reduce epididymis size,change degree of blood flow.关键词
