Abstract
Objective:To discuss the role of OX40L and ICAM-1 in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia by examining OX40L and ICAM-1 levels in peripheral blood of patients with preeclampsia.Method:Forty cases of severe preeclampsia(the severe preeclampsia group) and thirty-five cases of normal pregnancy women(the control group) admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to August 2014 were selected as the objects,then whose OX40L and ICAM-1 levels were detected and compared by ELISA method.Result:The OX40L and ICAM-1 values of the severe preeclampsia group were significantly increased compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of OX40L and ICAM-1 increased in severe preeclampsia group may be associated with the pathogenesis and development of preeclampsia.关键词
