摘要
Abstract
Osteocalcin(OC) is a bone matrix proteins,which is synthesized and secreted by osteoblasts, it is regularly used as the serum marker in the clinical setting.Recent evidence indicated that OC,especially ucOC, can regulate the glucose metabolism by promoting the proliferation of B-cell,enhancing the secretion of insulin and improving the sensitivity of insulin.GPRC6A is the receptor of osteocalcin which expressed in pancreatic islets, while the enterococcal surface protein(ESP) gene and insulin signal can regulate the glucose metabolism through regulate the bioactivity of OC.Clinical observations also confirmed the regulating effect of OC.OC may be a new therapeutic target for the treatment of diabetes and obesity in the future.关键词
