Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal surgery in acute abdomen.Method:From December 2012 to December 2014,the date of 412 cases of ultrasound diagnosis of gastrointestinal surgery acute abdomen in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result:In 412 cases,acute appendicitis was 92.76%(282/304),intestinal obstruction was 93.10%(81/87),stomach and bowel perforate was 78.57%(11/14),intussusception was 71.43%(5/7),the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 91.99%(379/412) in the acute abdomen.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in diagnosis of acute abdomen in gastrointestinal surgery,and it is important choice of diagnosis method.关键词
