摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the significance of early detection of serum cystatin in clinical diagnosis on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 128 cases of diabetes in our hospital from February 2012to June 2015 were selected as the research objects,of which 64 patients with simple type 2 diabetes were set as group A,64 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were set as group B,64 cases of healthy controls during the same period were chosen as the control group,Cys-C,serum creatinine(Scr) and urea nitrogen(BUN) levels of the three groups were detected respectively.Result:The levels of serum Cys-C,Scr and BUN in both of group A and group B were higher than which of the control group, the serum Cys-C in group B was significantly higher than group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,serum Scr and BUN levels between the group A and B had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In group B,patients with Cys-C positive detection were 37 cases(57.81%),which was significantly higher than 21.88%(14/64)of the Scr detection and 18.75%(12/64) of the BUN detection, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Cys-C level was positively correlation with levels of Scr and BUN in group B,the differences were statistically significant (r=0.791,0.702, P<0.05).Conclusion:Early detection of serum Cys-C can be beneficial to the clinical diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy,it has an important clinical value.关键词
