含铂方案化疗肿瘤患者消化道症状负荷的纵向研究
Longitudinal Study on Gastrointestinal Symptoms Burden of the Platinum-based Chemotherapy in Tumor Patients

Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the occurrence and development regularity of gastrointestinal symptoms burden in 1st-5th days with the platinum-based chemotherapy in tumor patients.Method:Using chemotherapy related gastrointestinal symptoms inventory(CGISI) to observe and evaluate the gastrointestinal symptoms burden of 112 cases patients with platinum-based chemotherapy,and analyze 1st-5th days of chemotherapy patients the different symptoms occurrence,symptoms kinds,duration and severity.Result:The platinum-based chemotherapy had more serious gastrointestinal symptoms burden.The higher incidence of symptoms were anorexia,nausea,stomach/abdominal distension,vomiting,acid reflux,dysgeusia and constipation.The highest prevalence of gastrointestinal symptoms was anorexia,up to 96.4%.The gastrointestinal reaction throughout the course of chemotherapy,most kinds of gastrointestinal symptoms appear in 3rd day.Patients with more than two kinds of symptoms,account for 85.1%.Mostly be mild-to-moderate reaction.Chemotherapy patients with most serious gastrointestinal symptoms burden at 4th to 5th day and the greatest impact on life.Conclusion:The gastrointestinal symptoms burden of the platinum-based chemotherapy in tumor patients increasingly aggravated during the course of chemotherapy,management of gastrointestinal symptoms should be formulating more perfect management programs according to the occurrence and development regularity,continuity manage symptoms still disappear,to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
