三维适形放疗应用于非小细胞肺癌的临床效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of 3DCRT in the treatment of NSCLC.Method:From January 2011 to July 2015 in our hospital 60 NSCLC patients were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Both of groups adopted TP therapy,the control group was only given the conventional chemotherapy,the observation group was given 3DCRT.Result:The short-term effective rate of the observation group(86.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.7%)(P<0.05).The single score and total score of life quality of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The observation group had 3 cases of anemia,4 cases of declining leukocyte,3 cases of declining thrombocytopenia,1 case of nausea and vomiting and 2 cases of alopecia.The incidence rates of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of abnormal hepatic and renal function of two groups was not significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:3DCRT has an obvious effect in NSCLC patients at middle and advanced stage,fewer toxic and side effect.The patient’s condition combined with chemotherapy can be regarded as the first-line therapy in NSCLC.关键词
