保留下颌骨与牙列的舌癌根治术预后情况调查分析
Research and Analysis on Prognosis of Radical Nephrectomy without Excision of Mandible and Dentition

Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the influence of radical operation of lingual cancer without excision of mandible and dentition on patients after prognosis.Method:50 patients with tongue cancer admitted in our department of stomatology and received operation from January 2010 to January 2015 were chosen as research objects.They were divided into the observation group(with mandible and dentition retained) and the control group (removal of mandible in shape of rectangle),25 cases in each group,and the condition of prognosis of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:In the observation group,both left and right facial contour and occluding relationship after operation were consistent with those before operation.However,in the control group,facial contour showed an apparent collapse occlusal loss.Quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:During treatment of tongue cancer,appropriate operative indications especially radical nephrectomy which retains mandible and dentition should be chosen so as to ensure clinical efficiency and improve life quantity of the patients.关键词
