盐酸氟西汀联合醒脑静注射液治疗对脑出血吸收率及焦虑障碍的临床研究
Clinical Curative Effect of Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Combined with Xingnaojing Injection on Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Fluoxetine Hydrochloride combined with Xingnaojing Injection on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from March 2011 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given routine treatment:reduced brain edema,adjusted blood pressure,maintained acid-base balance, anti infection etc.On this basis,the experimental group (n=50) received Fluoxetine Hydrochloride combined with Xingnaojing Injection,and the control group (n=50) received Xingnaojing Injection,compared the absorption of hematoma in two groups before and after treatment.The changes of SAS,SDS and NDS score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the area of cerebral hematoma in two groups were reduced,and the reduction degree in the experimental group was bigger than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Total effective rate of cerebral edema absorption in the experimental group (98.00%) was significantly higher than the control group (60.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The NDS score,SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than before treatment,and the decline range in the experimental group were bigger than that in the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluoxetine Hydrochloride combined with Xingnaojing Injection to treat cerebral hemorrhage has a good curative effect,can effectively reduce the hematoma area,recover nerve function and improve the patients’ mood of depression and anxiety.关键词
