佛山市南海区高血压患者NAH社区规范化管理干预效果研究
Analysis on the Intervention Effect of the NAH Community Standardized Management for Hypertension Patients of Nanhai District in Foshan City

Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of the NAH community standardized management for hypertension patients and to provide suggestions for the prevention and control of hypertension.Method:From January 2013 to December 2014,700 cases of primary hypertension that diagnosed by more than secend-grade class-A hospital of Nanhai district of Foshan city were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the combined group,specification group,common group and control group,each group had 175 cases.After one year of health management,the effect of the four groups were evaluated.Result:609 cases completed the intervention experiment among them,completion rate was 87.0%.There were no significant differences in gender,age,marital status,educational level,occupation distribution and average monthly income among four groups(P>0.05). After one year of health management,there were significant differences among four groups in the rate of hypertension treatment,medication rate and control rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:NAH community standardized management has obvious effect on improving the treatment rate,control rate and medication rate of hypertension patients.关键词
