动机性访谈在老年2型糖尿病患者教育中的应用
Application of Motivational Interviewing in the Education of Elderly Patients with Type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application and effect of motivational interviewing in health education for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:200 elderly patients with T2DM were selected in Shenzhen City People's Hospital from July 2012 to December 2013,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,100 cases in each group,the control group was given the traditional health education and experimental group was given motivation of interview education,the education effects of two groups were observed.Result:The control group DSES scores decreased which compared with the former education, while the index scores of experimental group were significantly higher than before and better than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the former education,the glycosylated hemoglobin,blood glucose and blood lipid spectrum index levels of two groups were improved,and experimental group improved more significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications occurrence rate and treatment cost comparison of two groups compared,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical T2DM patients use motivational interviewing in their health education,can significantly improve the patients’ self-management ability and situation, the overall effect is significant,it is worthy of promoting.关键词
