Research on APACHEⅡ Score Combined with Walerlow Score to Prevent Occurrence of Pressure Ulcers in Critical Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of APACHEⅡ score combined with Walerlow score in preventing the occurrence of pressure ulcers in critical patients.Method:From March 2015 to January 2016,200 ICU critical patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the sampling method,each group had 100 cases.The control group was treated with routine care according to the type of disease,observation group was treated with APACHEⅡ score and Walerlow score dynamic evaluation by day shift nurses,the risk of pressure ulcer in two groups were analyzed and the corresponding nursing intervention was given.Result:The incidence of pressure ulcers and hospital complications in observation group were lower than control group,there were significant difference in two groups of APACHEⅡ and Walerlow score of pressure ulcers(P<0.05).Conclusion:APACHEⅡ score combined with Walerlow pressure ulcer risk score can effectively improve the clinical nurses in ICU patients with severe pressure ulcers prevention consciousness,and through the related nursing intervention can effectively reduce the critical patients in the hospital during the risk of pressure ulcers,which has clinical application and popularization value.关键词
