持续性护理对胸腰椎体骨折行经皮椎体成形术患者康复效果的影响
Effect of Continuous Nursing on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebral Body Fractures Treated by Percutaneous Vertebral Angioplasty

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture after percutaneous vertebral angioplasty.Method:From April 2012 to March 2015,100 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object,they was randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 50 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing care and the observation group was treated with continuous care model on basis of control group,the whole nursing time lasted for 2 months,Barthel index,GDS score and quality of life in two groups before and after nursing were compared.Result:After nursing,Barthel index of two groups were increased and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,GDS score of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the daily life ability of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral body fractures,improve their symptoms of depression and help patients recover better.关键词
