Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the clinical effect of radiotherapy combined with gemcitabine plus cis-platin concurrent or sequential chemoradiotherapy for inoperable stageⅢ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).MethodChose 70 cases of inoperable patients with stageⅢ NSCLC from May 2011 to May 2013 treated in our hospital, and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization. Observation group patients were treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and control group patients were treated with sequential chemoradiotherapy. Observed and compared serum CD44v6 and VEGF levels, quality of life score, the short-term efficacy, adverse reactions and survival rate before and after treatment between the two groups.ResultThere were no significant differences in the levels of CD44v6 and VEGF before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD44v6 and VEGF of observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05); the total effect rate (short term) of observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); adverse reaction rates between the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The life quality of both groups showed an overall downward trend after treatment compared to their life quality before treatment, but the quality of life returned to pre-treatment levels when the treatment process done. And the difference in life quality between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). After 2 year follow-up, the survival rate of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with sequential chemoradiotherapy, radiotherapy combined with gemcitabine plus cis-platin concurrent chemoradiotherapy has a better effect on treating inoperable patients with stageⅢ NSCLC and can significantly improve long-term survival of patients. However, the drug adverse reactions also exist more.关键词
