Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open surgery on patients with efficacy cancer of colon.MethodA total of 190 patients with colon cancer in our hospital from May 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the research objects and were divided into experimental group and control group. Control group patients were treated with traditional open surgery, while experimental group received laparoscopic radical surgery. Recorded the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, lymph node dissection, hospital stay, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, as well as the occurrence of short and long term postoperative complications of each group.ResultCompared with control group, experimental group patients had less blood loss, shorter hospital stay, shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal function and low incidence of intestinal obstruction (P<0.05). There were no differences of lymph node dissection, operation time, infection of incisional wound, metastasis and recurrence between the two groups. ConclusionLaparoscopic radical surgery is a safe and effective surgical method for patients with colon cancer, with the benefit of less blood loss, shorter hospital stay and recovery of gastrointestinal function time, worth popularizing.关键词
