Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine in the treatment of children with pediatric allergic diarrhea.Method52 children with allergy-related diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 26 cases in each group. Control group children received montmorillonite powder treatment, while observation group children took bifidobacterium tetravaccine on the basis of montmorillonite powder. After 14 days treatment, observed and compared the time points when stool frequency and stool characters back to normal, dectected the levels of IFN-γ, CRP, IL-4 IL-6 of both groups.ResultAfter treatment, the recovery time of stool freguenay and stool start forming time of observation group children were shorter than control group (P<0.05), the level of INF-γwas higher than control (P<0.05), and the levels of CRP, IL-4, IL-6 were lower than control group (P<0.05). ConclusionMontmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine can effectively reduce inflammation in vivo and enhance the immunity as well, it performs a good clinical efficacy in allergic diarrhea.关键词
