Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of volar locking compression plate internal fixation and dorsal dual-plate internalfixation in the treatment of C type fractures of distal radius.MethodSelected 62 patients with C type fracture of distal radius from June 2009 to June 2014 in our hospital as the research objects, all of them were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (32 cases) according to the operation approach. Observation group patients were treated with dorsal dual-plate internalfixation, and control group patients were treated with volar locking compression plate internal fixation. Observed and compared the operation time, fracture healing time, radial palm tilting angle, ulnar inclination, radial height, ranges of motion of the wrist joints, incidence of postoperative short-term and long-term complications and the total effective rates between the two groups.ResultThe total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); the radial palm tilting, ulnar inclination, radial height, ranges of motion of the wrist joints (supination, rotation,flexion and dorsal extensor) were significantly more than control group (P<0.05); there were no significant differences in operation time, fracture healing time and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with volar locking compression plate internalfixation, dual-plate internalfixation can ensure a higher total effective rate and a large range of motion of the wrist joint in the treatment of C type fractures of distal radius. However, the incidence of short-term and long-term complications of the two therapeutic method are not significantly different.关键词
