Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of LRRC3B in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters of NSCLC.MethodThe expression of LRRC3B in 101 NSCLC samples and 20 normalsamples which were collected from 2008 to 2001 in our hospital were detected through immunohistochemical technology, and the relationship between the expression of LRRC3B and clinicopathological parameters were also performed.ResultLRRC3B was dominantly located in the cytoplasm. LRRC3B was positive staining in bronchial epithelial cells and alveolar cells of normal lung tissues. Among the NSCLC samples, 61.4% (62/101) were high expression and 38.6% (39/101) were low expression. The expression of LRRC3B was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. ConclusionLRRC3B is downregulated in NSCLC and correlated with advanced TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.关键词
