摘要
Abstract
The content determination methods of single ester alkaloids, diester alkaloids and total alkaloid in radix aconiti, kusnezoff monkshood, aconite and other aconitine drugs are described in this article including HPLC, RP-HPLC, LC-MS, TLCS, High Performance Capillary Zone Electrop- horesis and Spectrophotometry. Based on different mobile phase, HPLC and RP-HPLC is classified. At the same time, the classification of TLCS is carried out studied according to different deployment agents.关键词
