摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition powder Ensure on nutritional status and glucolipid metabolism in pa-tients with end-stage malignant tumors. Results 78 cases of patients with end-stage malignant tumors who were admitted in the hos-pital between August 2012 and August 2014 were included in the study. 28-72 h after admission, according to whether patients and their families were willing to accept enteral nutrition support through nasojejunal cathetering, the patients were divided into observation group ( 42 cases ) and control group ( 36 cases ) . The observation group was treated with enteral nutrition powder Ensure while the con-trol group was treated with normal liquid foods, for 30 d;nutritional status, blood glucose and blood lipid indexes in the two groups were evaluated. Quality of life ( QOL ) score for cancer patients was issued. Results After treatment, albumin, prealbumin and transferrin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [ ( 30. 16 ± 4. 11 ) vs ( 22. 11 ± 3. 69 ) g/L, ( 331. 64 ± 26. 34 ) vs ( 285. 52 ± 27. 85 ) mg/L, ( 2. 94 ± 0. 58 ) vs ( 2. 06 ± 0. 71 ) mg/L ] ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, glycosylated hemoglobin and total cholesterol in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [ ( 6. 52 ± 0. 51 ) vs ( 5. 13 ± 0. 34 )%, ( 4. 79 ± 1. 36 ) vs ( 4. 31 ± 1. 29 ) mmol/L ] while fasting blood glucose was significantly lower than that in the control group ( 5. 61 ± 1. 21 ) vs ( 6. 23 ± 1. 06 ) mmol/L ] ( P < 0. 05 );After treatment, QOL in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [ ( 7. 64 ± 1. 73 ) vs ( 5. 29 ± 1. 88 ) ] ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Enteral nutrition powder Ensure can improve the nutritional status and regulate glucolipid metabolism in patients with end-stage malignant tumors.关键词
