摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of Rosmarinicacid in xiangju capsules. Methods Using a col-umn packed with Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm );The mobile phase was methanol-0. 5%H3PO4 by gradient elu-tion and the detection wavelength was 330 nm;the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the injection volume was 10 μL, the column temperature was 30℃. Results The Linear response of rosmarinicacid ranged from 5. 019 × 10-2-7. 679 × 10-1 μg ( r=0. 999 9, n=7 );the aver-age recovery rate was 99. 20%, RSD=0. 35%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is convenient, quick and accurate, and can be used for the quality controL of Xiangju Capsules.关键词
