Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method of oleanolic acid in Xingshen Tongqiao Capsule by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on a phenomenex Proidigy column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) , the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 4%phosphoric acid(90:10), The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was a good linearity between the peak areas and the quantity of oleanolic acid within the range of 12-240 μg/mL, the equation of linear regression was Y=0. 050 4 X-0. 238 5, R2=0. 999 3 ( n=6 ) . The average recovery was 97. 98%, RSD=1. 62%( n=9). Conclusion The established method is simple, quick, reliable and specific, and can be used in the determination of oleanolic acid in Xingshen Tongqiao Capsule.关键词
