摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin and geniposide in Lidan Kuanchang Granules. Methods The column was Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm );mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0. 1% aqueous phosphoric acid ( 15:85 ) , isocratic flow rate of 1 mL/min;detection wavelength was 230 nm, column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of peoniflorin was 0. 494-3. 950 μg ( r=0. 999 8 ) , with the average recovery of 97. 67%, RSD=0. 73%( n=6 );The linear range of geniposide was 0. 684-5. 470 μg ( r=0. 999 8 ) , with the average recovery of 98. 83%, RSD=1. 16% ( n=6 ) . Consclusion The method is accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Lidan Kuanchang Granules.关键词
