摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of alion in Likangbao Capsules. Methods The sam-ples were separated on Waterst C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) by methanol-1% acetic acid solution ( 45 :55 ) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 355 nm. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0. 134 5-4. 307 5 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) . The average recovery rate was 101. 12%( RSD=1. 12%, n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be conducive to the determination of Aloe in Likangbao Capsules.关键词
