Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of low dose urokinase combined with low molecular weight heparin for acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were divided into the control group ( low molecular weight heparin ) and the observation group ( low dose urokinase combined with low molecular weight heparin ) . The clinical efficacy and neurological function defect on pre- and post-treatment in two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased in the observation group(93. 33% vs 73. 33%, P<0. 05);compared with the control group, the neurological function defect scores on post-treatment were obviously decreased on post-treatment in the observation group ( 7 d:13. 3 ± 4. 7 vs 19. 5 ± 5. 2, P < 0. 05;14 d:6. 9 ± 2. 1 vs 13. 2 ± 3. 8, P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The treatment of low dose urokinase combined with low molecular weight heparin can significantly improve the neurological function defect for patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction and without obvious adverse reactions.关键词
