Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on efficacy and life quality for patients with advanced gastric cancer during the treatment of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine. Methods 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated by oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in our hospital during the period from Jan 2014 to Sep 2015 were divided into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( nursing intervention ) according to the random number method, 40 patients per group. The clinical efficacy, the life quality on pre- and post-nursing, and the adverse reactions during the treatment period in the two groups were com-pared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group with statis-tical difference ( P < 0. 05 ); the each dimension score and total scores of life quality on post-nursing were significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference ( P < 0. 05 );the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was obviously reduced in the observation group with statistical difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion During the treatment of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine for advanced gastric cancer, the nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy of treatment, reduce the adverse reac-tions during the treatment period, and improve the patients′ life quality.关键词
