Abstract
With the development of the living standard and the changes of diet composition, the incidence of hyperuricemia and gout is rising and the trend of incidence among the age groups keeps getting younger, which represent a great threat to human health. In this review, we discussed the pathogenesis of gout, all kinds of therapeutic drugs and recent research progress, aimed at improving the level of the understanding and treatment of gout, and providing the theoretical basis for follow-up research on gout therapeutic drugs.关键词
