脑电双频指数监测老年患者靶控输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉全身麻醉状态临床评价
Clinical Evaluation of Bispectral Index Monitoring on Target Controlled Infusion of Propofol and Remifentanil Intravenous Anesthesia State of Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of bispectral index ( BIS ) monitoring on target-controlled infusion in elderly pa-tients with hand-controlled infusion of propofol and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia state. Methods 337 cases with undergoing radi-cal operation for rectal cancer treated with combined intravenous anesthesia were selected and divided into target-controlled infusion group ( T group ) 168 cases and hand-controlled infusion group ( M ) 169 cases according to the principle of voluntary. The BIS values were recorded after the two groups entered the operating room about 30 min, i. e., before the start of anesthesia ( T0 ) , when placing the laryngeal mask ( T1 ) , at the start of surgery ( T2 ) , 60 min after the start of operation ( T3 ) , when the operation stopped ( T4 ) , removal of the laryngeal mask when ( T5 ) . The intraoperative awareness of the two groups were followed up at 1, 4 d after operation. Results The BIS values of group T at T2, T3, T4 were significantly lower than those of group M ( P < 0. 05 ) . The intraoperative incidence in group T was significantly lower than that of group M ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion BIS monitoring for guiding intravenous anesthesia to reduce the inci-dence of intraoperative awareness has a positive effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
