Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of edaravone combined with clopidogrel versus clopidogrel only for acute cerebral infarction. Methods The Cochrane Library, Medline, Web of Science, Embase, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched from their establishment to September 2015. The Cochrane collaboration was used to perform a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trails ( RCT ) , and the results were analyzed by RevMan 5. 2. Results 18 RCTs were included. The results of Meta-analysis demonstrated that edaravone combined with clopidogrel was more effective in reducing the score of NHISS [ MD= -4. 46 , 95% CI ( -4. 96, -3. 95 ) , P < 0. 000 01 ] and total effective rate [ RR=1. 23, 95% CI ( 1. 17, 1. 28 ) , P < 0. 000 01 ] . Conclusion The study suggests that edaravone combined with clopidogrel is effective for acute cerebral infarction. However, due to the limited and quality of the included studies, the result suggests that further and larger-scale trials are needed.关键词
