Abstract
Objective To understand the general situation and rules of the irrational prescriptions in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Panzhihua Central Hospital to provide a reference for reducing the errors in clinical administration, safety and rational use of drugs. Methods Retrospective classification was used to analyze the statistics and analysis of 1 076 cases of unreasonable medical or-ders in intravenous medication in the hospital in 2015. Results Irrational prescriptions were mainly the drug solvent selection, improper concentration, the frequency of drug delivery being unreasonable, ultra manual medication, incompatibility and so on. Conclusion Through examining the prescriptions by pharmacist, the rationality and safety of clinical medicine usage is improved.关键词
