Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of flupenthixol melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide in the long course treatment of diarrheic irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS-D ) . Methods A total of 147 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into combined treatment group ( 74 cases ) and control group ( 73 cases ) , both groups received pinaverium bromide by oral admin-istration, and the combined treatment group received additional flupenthixol melitracen. The time changes of abdominal pain and disten-tion, stool frequency and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed, and the HAMA and HAMD scores before and after treat-ment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 70. 83%, which was obviously higher than 27. 14% of the control group ( P < 0. 01 ) , The time changes of abdominal pain and distention, stool frequency, HAMA and HAMD scores of combined treatment group had obviously higher than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups were decreased after treatment, and the combined treatment group decreased more significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) . Liver and kidney im-pairment had not been found in both groups. Conclusion Flupenthixol melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide has clear efficacy in treating diarrheic IBS-D with few adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
