Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of nebulized budesonide and hypertonic saline in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods 200 cases of pediatric pneumonia in the hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given the treatment of antibiotics, anti-tussive and other conventional treatment. The treatment group was added with atomization inhales of nebulized budesonide and hypertonic saline, while the control group was given the 0. 9% sodium chloride injection 2 mL combined with ambroxol hydrochloride 15 mg. The treatment efficacy of both groups was compared 1 week later. Results In the treatment group, there were 97 cases cured or proved effective, and the total effective rate was 97. 00%;while in the control group 89 cases were cured or proved effective, and the total effective rate was 89. 00%, showing that the efficacy in the treatment group was obviously better than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Nebulized budesonide combined with hypertonic saline is significantly effective in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
