帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症并发睡眠障碍100例OACSTPCD
Efficacy and Adverse Reaction of Paroxetine Combined with Olanzapine in Treating Depression Patients with Sleep Disorders in 100 Cases
目的：观察抑郁症并发睡眠障碍患者应用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选择抑郁症并发睡眠障碍患者200例，均分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗，试验组应用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后试验组患者的总有效率为90.00%，明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.54，P＜0.05)；试验组患者的睡眠潜伏期为（0.64±0.28）h、觉醒时间为（1.92±0.58）h、觉…查看全部>>
