摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of antihypertensive drugs in patients with kidney diseases in our hospital in 2014 so as to understand the tendency and present situation of administration of the drugs and provide a reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in patients with kidney diseases in the hospital in 2014 were analyzed statistically in respect of type of antihypertensive drugs, annual consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.Results:Telmisartan tablets,amlodipine besylate tablets and nifedipine controlled released tablets ranked the top 3 in consumption sums,while telmisartan tablets,amlodipine besylate capsules and amlodipine besylate tablets ranked the top 3 in DDDs,of antihypertensive drugs in 2014. The daily costs of telmisartan tablets,amlodipine besylate capsules and amlodipine besylate tablets were RMB 2. 30,2.14 and 5.78 respectively.Conclusion:The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in the hospital was basically reasonable,which met the requirements in theGuidelineonPreventionandTreatmentofHypertensionin China(revised in 2010)and the needs of patients with kidney diseases complicated by hypertension.关键词
