This paper firstly introduced the concept and characteristics of digital cultural governance and the effects of digital cultural governance on public libraries during the big data era, analyzed the dilemma of digital cultural governance for public libraries, and finally explored the path to achieve digital cultural governance in public libraries in the big data era.关键词
