血脂异常对2型糖尿病肾功能的影响
Inlfuence of dyslipidemia on renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of dyslipidemia on renal function in patients with early type 2 diabetes.Methods 331 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from a top three scale hospital of the armed police forces were selected as research subjects, and were divided into ortholiposis group (n=106) and dyslipidemia group (n=225) according to their serum lipid level. Urina sanguinis and venous blood after fasting 8 hour of the two group were collected respectively, the concentration of urinary microalbumin, urea, uric acid and creatinine of the two group were detected and compared.Results Compared with the ortholiposis group, the concentration of urinary microalbumin (t=13.65,P<0.001), uric acid (t=4.063,P<0.001) and creatinine (t=2.598,P=0.014) in the dyslipidemia group all increased, the differences were statistically significant. However, the concentration of urea (t=0.694,P=0.320) between the two groups has no statistical significance.Conclusions Dyslipidemia may have a promoting effect on the morbidity of type 2 dabetic nephropath and damage of renal function.关键词
