糖尿病致胰腺癌的机制研究现状
Research status on mechanism of diabetes leading to pancreatic cancer
摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is the " king of cancer ". Many diabetes patients complicated with pancreatic cancer in clinic, and there are a variety of mechanisms involved in that. Now we found that it is mainly related to hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, hyperglycemia, insulin-like growth factor, immune system, oxidative stress and inflammation response factors, obesity, free fatty acids, conversion factor and so on. This article gives an overview on research status of the pathogenesis involved in diabetes patients complicated with pancreatic cancer.关键词
