Abstract
With the birth of the Red Cross, the Red Cross humanitarism has been gradually formed, and with the development of the Red Cross movement, it is becoming more and more abundant and complete. The Red Cross humanitarism is an important force for promoting the healthy operation and coordinated development of the society.
