基于精细化管理的成都市某民营医院灾害易损性调查分析
Investigation and analysis on disaster vulnerability of a private hospitals based on the ifne management in Chengdu
摘要
Abstract
Objective To use hospital lean management tool on evaluating the emergency management for improving the level of its management.Methods Forty-two middle management staff members (doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative management staff) in the hospital were selected as survey objectives, conducted the survey by the questionnaires based Kaiser model, and made statistical analysis. Results At present, the former five hazardous events which hospital emergency management faces were violent medical disputes (53.55%), public health emergencies (35.93%), violent terrorist event (35.73%) elevator fault (33.06%), power failure (32.37%), etc.Conclusions According to survey results, the contingency plan had been revised by the hospital timely, while simulated rehearsal for contingency plans, and conducted cause analysis and continuous improvement, for continuous improvement of the hospital emergency management capabilities.关键词
