血液透析并血液灌流治疗急性重症有机磷中毒的临床研究OA
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Severe Organic Phosphorus Poisoning by Hemodialysis and Blood Perfusion
目的：研究急性重症有机磷中毒给予血液透析并血液灌流治疗的临床效果。方法：将笔者所在医院2011年3月-2015年7月确诊并收治的162例急性重症有机磷中毒患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组81例。全部病例均实施基础内科治疗。对照组在基础治疗应用同时还实施血液透析治疗。研究组在基础治疗基础上实施血液透析串联血液灌流治疗。对比两组临床转归情况。结果：研究组意识恢复时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间、阿托品及氯磷定应用剂量、住院时间均显著优于对照组(P&…查看全部>>
