血液透析并血液灌流治疗急性重症有机磷中毒的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of hemodialysis and blood perfusion in the treatment of acute severe organic phosphorus poisoning. Method:From March 2011 to July 2015,162 patients with acute severe organic phosphorus poisoning in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,81 patients in each group.All the cases were treated with basic treatment of internal medicine.The control group was treated with hemodialysis therapy at the same time.On the basis of basic treatment,the study group was treated with hemodialysis and blood perfusion.The clinical outcomes in two groups were compared.Result:The recovery time of consciousness and cholinesterase,the dosage of Atropine and pralidoxime chloride,the length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The acetylcholinesterase activity in two groups after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the study group,the incidence rate of Atropine poisoning,anti jump and intermediate syndrome were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of death in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatments of acute severe organic phosphorus poisoning by hemodialysis and blood perfusion are effective.They can promote the recovery of patients' consciousness and relieve the toxicity of drug use,reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.关键词
