摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Telmisartan and Amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Method:From September 2012 to June 2015,90 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with Amlodipine alone,patients in the study group were treated with Telmisartan on the basis of the control group.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the HbA1c, FPG,DBP,2 h PG and SBP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of SBP,FPG,DBP,2 h PG and HbA1c in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the study group and the control group.Conclusion:Clinical curative effect of Telmisartan combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of hypertensive complicated with diabetes mellitus patients is better,and it can effectively reduce the blood pressure,improve glucose metabolism in patients with,has high clinical value.关键词
