摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the condition of discharged patients with diabetes who participated in health education learning,and analyze the impact factors of patients receiving health education.Method:The self-designed questionnaire was applied,followed up on the interrupting causes of patients participated in health education by telephone,understanding ability of blood glucose be controled and solved problem for patients at home.Result:302 people were surveyed. The main factors which affected diabetics to participated in educational activities being occupied to household chores,children care,education place far away from working place,poor physical condition and busying with work.Conclusion:A variety of channels should be establish,various forms of health education should be carry out,educational content and form should be innovate and wide the coverage of education.All of aboves can make education more feasible,pertinence and effective.关键词
