摘要

Abstract

The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges’faculty should not only be focused on its quality, characteristics and advantages, but also on its sustainable development. The index system for this construction should include three dimensions: advantage, sustainability and coordination. This paper, by adopting the method of comparison and analysis, makes an analysis of the features of the two index systems under each dimension, and comes to the conclusion that it benefits the construction that the index systems should be complimentarily implemented.
