摘要

Abstract

According to the questionnaire investigations of 552 vocational college graduates, it is found that there are obvious differences among vocational college graduates in the aspects of different genders, educational systems, working time, company natures, company scales and month incomes. Professional learning development, club (academy) activities and volunteer service activities play significant roles in the aspect of graduates’ career adaptabilities. Employment guiding course and mental healthy education course play important guidance roles in student development. At the same time, it is found that the wage standard of 4000 Yuan has become the mental wage standard of vocational college graduates in Shenzhen area, and Vocational college graduates have higher satisfaction to the enterprise scale with 200 to 500 persons.
