摘要

Abstract

This paper carried out research and reform on constructing medicine-education coordination mechanism and talent training mode. It is suggested to conduct university-hospital cooperation, give full play to roles of the prestigious TCM experts in the process of talent training, set up the master-disciple educational system, and conduct a two-stage teaching of emphasizing clinical practice and stressing ability and skill training. Further study was done to medical professional training mode on the basis of standardization training of resident doctors. The writers hold that clinical teaching base should be built, and that fundamental theoretical knowledge learning should be combined with clinical practice to achieve integrity of teaching and practice, and application of theory to practice and cultivation of clinical ability and professional quality.
