Abstract
Under the guidance of state instruction of promoting medicine-education coordination to deepen clinical medical talent training, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has conducted a series of talent cultivation reforms by keeping to TCM development law and talent growth law, taking fostering high- quality practical TCM professionals as educational objective, persisting in talent training concept of integration of modern medical education and traditional inheritance education, emphasizing long length of medical schooling, and exploring medicine-education coordination of talent training system. Some good effects have been obtained in deepening medicine-education coordination for TCM talent cultivation reform.关键词
