关于参加全国中药专业知识技能大赛的反思
Reflection on attending national Chinese materia medica professional knowledge and skill contest
摘要
Abstract
As faculty advisers to guide students to attend the first session of the national educational skill contest of TCM, we try to find out our shortcomings in the competition from aspects of personnel selection, quality training, preparation and teacher arrangement. Measures are suggested for later improvement. As panel judges, we put forward improvement suggestions for the organization, program, guiding concept and evaluation standard of the contest. Analysis is done on enlightment of the contest on training professional talents of Chinese materia medica, hoping to promote construction of the curriculum and practice system, reform teaching mode, and increase level of the teaching staff.关键词
