中医药院校教师专业发展监测系统的建设研究
Construction and study of the monitoring system of teachers’ professional development in TCM colleges and universities
摘要
Abstract
At present, teachers’professional development is mainly based on the evaluation of teachers’teaching ability, which is limited to the students’and supervisors’evaluation. This method may bring about such problems as low efficiency of feedback, incomplete reflection of problems, poor comparability of assessment results. This paper puts forward the construction of teachers’professional development service system based on data warehouse and data intelligent analysis technology to realize a real-time and dynamic evaluation of teachers ’professional development. The system can compare the horizontal and vertical, master the development trend of teaching ability, and make teachers understand their own weakness, thus promote their self-improvement.关键词
