从发明专利视角分析枸杞子开发现状
Development Analysis of Fructus Lycii in the Perspective of Invention Patent
摘要
Abstract
Fructus lycii is dried ripe fruit of Lycium barbarum L.,also known as goji,and its best place of origin is Ningxia.It is a medicinal and edible herbs.In this study,in order to provide a reference for future development,the development status of goji has been analyzed in the view of invention patent.Goji is currently in the early or medium stages of development-term,there is huge space for future development and patent application.Chinese mainland put lots of investment in the development of goji,contrary to other regions.The most developed use of goji are systemic protection or anti-viral agents, treatment of digestive diseases,treatment of metabolic diseases,treatment of neurological disorders,treating immune or allergic diseases and other functions.Its common compatibility ideas are Suan-Gan-Hua-Yin,Gan-Ni-Zi-Tian.Many of the patent application is related to 4-13 kinds of medicine now,we can pay more attention to deep-processing,active ingredient, preparation technology and so on in the future.关键词
